We understand that the purchase and/or sale of real property is an exciting time but it can also be stressful. We strive to ensure that your real estate transaction will proceed smoothly and close in a timely fashion.
Our fees for a standard residential real estate closing in Erie and Niagara Counties are $550 (not including disbursements).
